Your Tasks

Development of specialist concepts including implementation in close collaboration with the management
Ensuring the implementation of the UN-CRPD in concepts, offers, and practice
Consultation, professional support, and training offers for employees regarding attitudes, knowledge, and skills in agogic work
Educational offers for service users on topics of a good life
Ensuring participation-oriented process design
Low-threshold consultation for users regarding personal process design
Collaboration with peers in the development of new offers and concepts

Your Profile

Degree in social work or special education with a solid understanding of the profession (Master's or Bachelor's with additional training)
Broad professional experience in various fields of social work / disability assistance
Comprehensive knowledge of the UN-CRPD and its implementation including the model of Functional Health and other concepts
Great motivation to further develop inclusioplus through high professionalism, to take new and innovative paths, to shape and structurally establish
Interest in a position where personal responsibility and scope for design are emphasized
