Business Applications Specialist
(60% - 100%)
In this role, you work closely with our specialist departments and ensure that our business applications are used optimally and continuously further developed. You identify improvement potentials, contribute ideas, and actively shape our digital development – from process optimizations to automation to new technologies. You are the central interface between business and IT and help to further develop our working methods, systems, and processes step by step.
We are looking for a Business Applications Specialist at the Langenthal or Puidoux location
Your tasks
- Support and further development of our business applications, especially our cloud-based rental management ERP
- First level support and assistance to users for complex business transactions
- Analysis and optimization of business processes in collaboration with the specialist departments
- Consulting users on the optimal use of the systems
- Initiating and accompanying system improvements, changes, and releases
- Planning and conducting tests for system adjustments
- Supporting and training employees on new functions and digital tools
- Building and further developing process and system documentation
- Shaping our digital development (e.g., automation, data analysis, or AI)
Your profile
- Education in business informatics, computer science, or business administration (EFZ, HF, Bachelor or equivalent)
- Experience in the professional support or further development of an ERP system
- Interest in new technologies, digital possibilities, and a deep dive into our ERP system
- Strong interest in business processes and their digitalization
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Enjoy supporting employees and developing solutions together
- Languages: German and French (one language at native level, the other at least B2)
