The Criminal Police is looking for an investigator and deputy head of criminal police immediately or by agreement for an 80-100% position.
Your tasks
- Handling investigation procedures
- Initiating and processing preliminary investigations
- Coordinating and conducting search measures
- Case planning and coordination with the public prosecutor's office
- Assuming personnel, professional, and operational leadership of the criminal police in the absence of the head of criminal police
- Coordination and quality assurance of police investigative work
- Further development of processes, standards, and expertise within the criminal police
- Analysis of crime trends and deriving measures
- Participation in inter-cantonal and national specialist and working groups
- Providing command on-call duty and leadership in special situations according to FIP
Your profile
- Police officer with a federal professional certificate
- Several years of professional experience in criminal police work
- Proven leadership skills or recognizable leadership potential
- Team-oriented, communicative, and value-driven personality with high integrity
- High resilience, decisiveness, and assertiveness
- Very good oral and written communication skills
