iwis smart connect GmbH in Rieden am Forggensee
Alternative drives and sustainable energy sources are the pillars of the industrial future.
In addition to battery contact systems for electric vehicles, we jointly develop products for use in sensor technology of autonomous vehicles or connectors for alternative energies.

This is one of three independently operating business units of the iwis Group.
As Head of Logistics (m/f/d), your tasks are:
- Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the warehouse/logistics departments at iwis smart connect and iwis e-tec
- Planning and control of the material flow across the entire value chain
- Development and implementation of logistics concepts
- Continuous optimization of logistics, modern approaches such as logistics benchmarking
- Control of on-time shipping, targeted expansion of logistics services
- Design of the worldwide logistics of the corporate group
- Competent contact person for all customs matters within the company
- Training of warehouse staff
- Freight control and optimization with purchasing
- Management of container and empties management
- Warehouse management in SAP
You bring with you:
- Business administration degree / master craftsman with a focus on logistics
- Very good knowledge of integrated ERP systems (preferably SAP), warehouse software and barcode systems
- English spoken and written
- High social competence, assertiveness and team orientation
- Customs knowledge
- Leadership skills
