Your area of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for complex shutter construction projects from planning to handover in the Zurich region
• Planning and ensuring timely customer communication with architects, general contractors, and clients
• Developing innovative, technical detailed solutions in construction
• Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams
• Budget and resource planning as well as control
• Ensuring compliance with quality and time requirements
• Customer and supplier management

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience (approx. 5-10 years) as a project manager in the shutter, construction, or similar industry
• Completed vocational training (e.g., shutter installer EFZ, facade builder EFZ (building envelope field), draftsman EFZ (architecture specialization)) or comparable technical training with further education in project management
• In-depth expertise in shutter technology, materials, and installation is mandatory
• Driver's license category B mandatory
• Experience in interdisciplinary leadership
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, healthy assertiveness
• Confident handling of relevant software (Microsoft suite)
• Ability to communicate openly and appropriately in German (m/f)
• Team player with good manners as well as a confident and well-groomed appearance
