We are looking for a:
Booking & Customer Care Agent 50% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Receiving and processing individual and group reservations for two hotels and the TITLIS Resort as well as group reservations for the restaurants and cable cars
- Processing reservations via various reservation systems
- Invoicing and collection of advance payments
- Handling telephone and written inquiries/concerns
- Individual and competent advice to our guests, including offer creation
- Supervision of the reception of the Operation Center (office building) of TITLIS cable cars
What you bring
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the service or tourism sector
- Native German speaker and business fluent English skills, any additional language is an advantage
- Proficient use of common MS Office programs, Protel knowledge is an advantage
- High customer and service orientation, teamwork and initiative, resilience and flexibility in dynamic work phases
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (no evening shifts)
