Your mission

What you will achieve with us
• Overall responsibility for kitchen operations – from production to calculation, purchasing, hygiene, and quality control.<div>• Design, further development, and presentation of a seasonal à la carte and banquet offer that delights guests.</div><div>• Sustainable optimization of goods costs through creative offer design and local supply chains.</div><div>• Operational planning with Mirus, regular team meetings, and close cooperation with management, service, and administration.</div><div>• Responsibility for hygiene and HACCP standards, inventory lists</div><div>• Co-responsibility for the training of our apprentices.</div><div>• Co-shaping our culinary vision – from the St. Jakob tavern to the chalet and the bistro.</div>
