Your Tasks
- Professional, personnel and economic management of radiology
- Active participation in daily business and participation in the 24-hour radiological on-call service
- Ensuring efficient reporting of high quality in 24-hour shift operation
- Further development of radiology and staff through training, process optimization and innovation
- Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation, especially at the interfaces to the emergency department and outpatient clinic
- Representation of radiology within the hospital as well as personal maintenance of the network with resident physicians and regional partners
- Active participation in the strategic development of the entire hospital
- Assumption of hospital-wide tasks in radiation protection
Your Profile
- Specialist in radiology with many years of experience in diagnostic radiology
- Several years of leadership experience and business management competence
- Strong team spirit and the ability to motivate and promote employees
- Empathetic and winning demeanor with high social competence
- Appreciative and open communication at all levels – internal and external
- Willingness to cooperate with partner institutions
