This is what you will move

You advocate for higher wages, better working conditions, and more respect for employees. You speak with employees of the respective industries on-site at their workplaces. You actively approach potential members to show them the importance of membership for our shared success. Active participation in current campaigns is also part of your duties.

This is what you bring

• Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in leading campaigns and projects
• Very good German skills, additional language skills are an advantage, especially Italian or Portuguese
• Independent working style, reliability, commitment, and flexibility
• Driver's license category B
