We offer you a progressive position designed to support your skills development towards the role of Chief Assembler (project manager in electrical installations). By joining our team in Monthey, you will enter a dynamic environment where you can combine fieldwork, team management, and project monitoring, while benefiting from supervision that values progression and responsibility. Installer-Electrician 70% / Chief Assembler 30% (M/F)

Mission:

Initial phase – Installer-Electrician (70% then 50%)

• Carry out and modify multi-technical electrical installations according to plans and diagrams
• Install and connect panels, ducts, wires, cables, and various electrical devices
• Participate in commissioning and establish measurements and work orders
• Train and supervise apprentices

Progressive phase – Chief Assembler (30% / 50%, then 100%)

• Manage and coordinate teams dedicated to small jobs (2 installers + 2 apprentices)
• Lead small construction sites and projects for terraced houses and small buildings
• Plan, organize, and monitor work progress
• Ensure the link between the field, management, and clients
• Contribute to the preparation of offers, measurements, and financial monitoring
• Guarantee quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on each project
• Over time, expand your scope to more complex sites (buildings, multi-technical projects)

Profile:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as installer-electrician
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general electrical installations
• Ideally, initial experience in personnel management and preparing offers and measurements
• Additional training in progress or planned – Federal diploma as electrician project manager
• Knowledge of WinProgitel, Office Manager software is an advantage
• Autonomous, proactive, and organized, you like to anticipate and find solutions
• Dynamic, personable, and responsible, you know how to unite a team around a common goal
