For our ICT department we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Deputy Head ICT 100%

As a trained computer scientist EFZ / computer scientist EFZ or with an equivalent education, you are in daily contact with our employees.

We look forward to a person

• with training as a computer scientist EFZ / computer scientist EFZ or equivalent training and with several years of experience in IT support
• who has very good knowledge of the Microsoft product range as well as server and network environments
• who ideally already has experience with the ticket system and the CMDB from Highsystem
• with an overview of the AD, WSUS, GPO, DHCP, DNS, VoIP abbreviation jungle
• who has leadership experience
• with the willingness to acquire missing expertise through further training
• who is team-oriented and resilient and brings a high degree of flexibility
• who appreciates and lives interdisciplinary collaboration
• who has a high level of social competence. Ideally, you already have training in vocational education
• with a category B driving license

Your tasks include

• managing fault reports via our ticket system
• independently resolving faults, user support and training
• installation, configuration and maintenance of PC workstations and applications
• new construction and expansion as well as maintenance of our network and server infrastructure
• creating and updating instructions, checklists and documentation
• representing the head of ICT
• participating in ICT projects
• assisting in the training of apprentices
