Co-Leader Occupational Therapy at Zollikerberg Hospital - Part-time
You lead the occupational therapy department together with your co-leader. Your responsibilities include the following:
- Professional and personnel leadership of the occupational therapy team (7 employees)
- Treatment of outpatient and inpatient patients in the areas of neurology and/or orthopedics, geriatrics, palliative care, and intensive care unit
- Coordination and organization of occupational therapy treatments for inpatient and outpatient patients
- Quality and process management to ensure evidence-based and patient-centered therapy
- Further development of occupational therapy in collaboration with other professional groups
- Employee support and development
- Budget and resource responsibility for the occupational therapy department
- Participation in projects to further develop occupational therapy care
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and other specialist areas
