As part of our Datacenter Operations Team, you will ensure the uninterrupted operation of our highly available and modern datacenter in this interesting and future-oriented role.

You will professionally and responsibly take care of the monitoring and first intervention of our mission-critical systems in a 24/7 shift operation.

Your area of responsibility

Active monitoring of the various systems for functionality and values
Inspections of systems using checklists
Customer communication and coordination in case of malfunctions
Escalation and coordination of the technical 2nd and 3rd levels
Accompanying and supervising third parties inside and outside the buildings
Collaboration with other technical teams
Control and security rounds (both internal and external inspections)
Performing administrative tasks (documentation, etc.)

Your skills

Completed (technical) basic training desirable and technical affinity
High sense of responsibility and quality awareness, as well as pronounced customer orientation
Enjoyment of communication and ability to recognize contexts
Willingness to work shifts (24/7)
Fluent German skills and good English skills (communication in English must be ensured)
Impeccable reputation (debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
Mobility is required (driver's license and own vehicle available)
