The Sägermatt Retirement and Nursing Home offers a home to 50 people in need of light to intensive care from Lengnau and the surrounding area. Of these, 12 places are in the residential group for people with dementia or people with special needs. You bring
- Experience in nursing and caring for elderly people
- Joy in the profession and in dealing with elderly people and people with special needs
- High social competence
- Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, high independence
Tasks
- Ensuring professional nursing care based on the nursing process
- Professional care and support of residents in complex situations
- Providing assistance in complex situations
- Documenting and interpreting the nursing services provided
