The mood in your team is shaped by your behavior – it’s in your hands! As a successful team leader, you consciously steer the collaboration culture in your team and ensure psychological safety. This way, your team is ready to take off.
Leadership communication
Don’t make assumptions! You are responsible for ensuring that your employees are always fully informed about their work and scope of influence. You master both the content and the modern communication channels and the way you communicate.
