• You take full responsibility for Private Banking & Institutional Clients in Liechtenstein – with full leadership, organizational, and development competence for around 70 employees along the entire customer value chain. You report directly to the Regional Head of Liechtenstein and BVI.
• As the division head and an active member of the management team of the Liechtenstein & BVI region, you significantly shape the strategic direction of the private client business as well as the further development of the bank's market position. You strategically manage market development, ensure proactive planning of client portfolios and target markets, and personally manage key and strategic clients. At the same time, you promote active and systematic market development within your teams.
• The results, budget compliance, and risk guidelines are your responsibility – with the option to additionally take over a group-wide target market.
• You represent VP Bank in Liechtenstein and selected target markets and contribute your expertise to cross-divisional projects that you initiate or lead.

• Academic education in business administration, banking & finance, or a comparable field, as well as at least ten years of experience in private banking or a comparable leadership role in the banking environment.
• A banking-related further qualification such as CFA complements your profile.
• Deep understanding of private banking and institutional clients as well as broad banking know-how (financing, investments, financial planning) and pronounced knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in developing sales units, leading larger organizational units, and knowledge of the Liechtenstein financial center.
• Leadership strength with coaching competence, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and groundedness, as well as experience in leading leaders.
• Strong communication skills in German and English as well as a confident appearance are among your core competencies.
• Regional charisma and the ability to represent the bank effectively both internally and externally complete your profile.
