To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our Adliswil branch for a competent and experienced person as Service Advisor / Clerk Billing and Warranty (m/f) 100%.
Your tasks
- Consulting and support of our customers and business partners in the areas of bodywork, wheels/tires and express appointments
- Creating cost estimates, recording and processing workshop orders up to invoicing
- Responsible for smooth warranty processing
- Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
- Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed
Your profile
- Completed basic automotive training and, ideally, further training in the commercial field
- First experience in a similar role
- Good MS Office user skills as well as good English skills and additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, pleasant manners and customer-oriented appearance
- High willingness to perform, teamwork and flexibility
- Organizational talent, resilience as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking and acting
