The Alterszentrum Sumiswald AG has over 130 single rooms in a rural setting in the Emmental. A total of 230 employees and around 40 volunteers work respectfully and dedicatedly for the well-being of the residents.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Participate in the vocational training team
- Care for and nurse the residents according to the reference care system
- Electronic nursing documentation (RAI system)
- Professional and pedagogical support of 2 FaGe trainees
Your Profile
- Training as a Health Specialist or certified nursing specialist, preferably with experience in elderly care
- Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it
- Enjoy working with trainees and their development
- You are characterized by empathy and social competence
