- Order processing for goods receipt and dispatch
- Monitoring of deadlines
- Processing of special orders and returns, as well as damage cases or complaints
- Coordination of all necessary information and coordination with the internal transport department as well as the customer area
- Maintaining statistics for performance measurement and as a billing basis
- Creating loading and unloading lists
- Compliance with and implementation of customer-specific work processes
- Support & execution of inventories
- Monthly billing
- Carrying out general administrative tasks
- Support and advice for customers (by phone, email, or in person)
- Completed commercial training in the forwarding/logistics sector or several years of professional experience in a commercial function in the logistics environment
- Customs knowledge is an advantage
- Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
