PFAS Specialist in Agriculture

The ARENENBERG is the competence center for agriculture in Thurgau. For this purpose, Arenenberg operates an agricultural school, a consulting service, and the school and experimental farms at Arenenberg, in Güttingen, and in Tänikon. To complement our team, we are looking for an agreement for a

• You ensure the professional support of agricultural enterprises affected by PFAS contamination
• You identify the causes and possible impacts together with the farms
• You develop reduction measures and solution strategies with colleagues from different disciplines
• You represent your area in cantonal and national committees on PFAS

• You have a university degree in the fields of agricultural sciences, environmental sciences, biology, chemistry, or a comparable education
• You have good social skills, discretion, as well as planning and organizational skills
• You are able to accept criticism and communicate appropriately to the target group
• You feel comfortable in the agricultural context and enjoy working independently and networked with contacts from consulting, industry, research, and administration.
