We are looking for a Facility Manager to complement our team and make a central contribution to a safe, functional, and sustainable working environment.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- actively support daily and project operations and create instructions and guidelines from operations for projects.
- accompany small projects and actively assist in the varied daily business.
- coordinate all planned maintenance, carry out minor repairs, and ensure as well as further develop preventive maintenance.
- plan regular rounds, document any irregularities clearly, and consistently address them.
- manage contract administration in the area of maintenance, coordinate the execution of work, and check completed contracts.
- take over the professional training of apprentices "Facility Management Specialist" and actively pass on your knowledge.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have completed a basic EFZ vocational training and further education at the federal specialist certificate level, for example as a janitor or maintenance technician.
- ideally bring additional qualifications in areas such as waste disposal, logistics, management, leadership, or fire protection.
- have good PC skills in Office programs and file management as well as experience with tools like SharePoint, Waveware, or ticket systems.
- are characterized by solid technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and pronounced problem-solving skills.
- work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and act with safety awareness according to applicable regulations.
- ideally bring the willingness to participate in on-call duty.
