Your Tasks
- Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams to develop the next generation of milling machines.
- Overall responsibility for project success regarding time to market, costs, specifications, and quality.
- Integrating the customer perspective into all project phases to ensure market-oriented product development in connection with product management.
- Responsibility for key project steps including make-or-buy decisions and supplier selection in coordination with purchasing.
- Ensuring efficient industrialization and a successful production start.
- Responsible for prototype development as well as organizing and conducting tests with pilot customers.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in project management and the development of innovative mechanical engineering projects, preferably machine tools.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading interdisciplinary teams and the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
- Solution-oriented thinking and organizational talent, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
