Your tasks include:

• Professional leadership, support and further development of the quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Planning, conducting and evaluating management reviews as well as preparing QHSE-relevant reports
• Leading and supporting quality, safety and strategy-related projects
• Planning, conducting and accompanying internal and external audits (customers, suppliers, accreditations)
• Ensuring compliance with corporate, customer and legal requirements in the QHSE area
• Advising employers, managers and operational areas on occupational safety and health protection
• Building, maintaining and further developing the safety organization, including safety concept, safety manual and emergency organization
• Conducting and coordinating hazard assessments, risk assessments, safety inspections as well as analysis of accidents and near misses
• Planning, implementing and monitoring safety and improvement measures, including continuous improvement process (CIP) and QHSE improvement plans
• Organizing, coordinating and supporting training, instructions and awareness measures in the QHSE area

Your profile:

• Specialist in occupational safety and health protection ASGS (federal certificate)
• or ASGS expert or safety engineer
• Technical basic training
• At least 5 years of practical experience as a specialist in occupational safety
• Experience with management systems and audits is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with Smartsheet is an advantage
• Structured, independent and communicative working style
• Assertiveness and high consulting competence
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
