- Taking over medical and nursing responsibility during the night shift
- Ensuring professional care and support of the residents
- Recording, assessing, managing, and evaluating individual needs
- Documentation of the provided care and support services in the electronic
- Participation in the development and implementation of departmental goals You bring:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH
- Professional experience in the mentioned function
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Empathy and pronounced social skills
- Independent, reliable, and professional working style
