• Acquire new customers in the field of energy solutions and build a customer portfolio
• Create offers, follow up, and conduct contract negotiations until successful completion.
• Analyze customer needs and develop economically and technically sensible overall solutions.
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and consultation meetings on-site or online.
• Develop customer-specific energy concepts in collaboration with technical and project teams.
• Maintain sales and customer data in the respective IT systems.
• Ensure clean handovers of customer orders to project teams.
• Collect and analyze customer and sales partner feedback.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
• Maintain sales partners, support technical questions, and conduct training sessions.
• Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and networking occasions to represent the company.
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
• You have at least 2–3 years of sales experience in a technical field.
• You have good knowledge in the field of electrical engineering.
• You are a native German or French speaker or bilingual, with very good knowledge of the other language.
• You are characterized by excellent personal organization, especially regarding punctuality, keeping commitments, and reliability in task follow-up.
• You have good leadership skills: You build trusting customer relationships, take responsibility towards customers, motivate them regarding the sales offer, and make strategic decisions with long-term impact.
• You demonstrate high commitment, flexibility, stress resistance, as well as reliability and quality in work and communication behavior.
• You bring curiosity and interest in the field of energy solutions.
• You have a strong customer orientation with pronounced service awareness, active listening skills, and understanding of customer needs, as well as a proactive problem-solving approach, initiative, and the ability to develop pragmatic solutions.
