We support you on your journey: During the trainee program, you will go through four tailored stations with responsibility from day one. You will look beyond the horizon and discover new ways to drive innovation. As the perfect foundation for your international management career, you will be supported by mentors from top management and go through training that advances your development.

What are your tasks?

The Hilti Outperformer Program is a two-year program with four stations:

In the first year you get to know our core business in field sales and work as a sales consultant in the Hilti vehicle. On site with customers, you will learn about customer needs as well as our solutions and products, but also our unique team spirit in direct sales.

In the second year you will implement what you have experienced in three individual regional/international projects: 

3 months in a local operational project in Zurich Wollishofen

6 months in a strategic project at the regional headquarters in Kaufering

3 months in an international project in Europe, Asia, or overseas

You will work hand in hand with senior management and continuously expand your Hilti network and knowledge.

The program is fast-paced and challenging, and we will accompany, promote, and support you every step of the way.

What you bring:

You are among the best of your class and have a very good master’s degree in economics, international management, finance, engineering, or information technology from a renowned university (grade 5.25 +)

During your studies or internships, you have spent at least 6 months abroad

You have gained initial work experience in a professional environment through various internships

You are multilingual, fluent in German and English, as well as another language

You are a flexible team player with strong communication and social skills

You think globally, seek the fast track for your career, and want to live and work abroad

You have a valid class B driver’s license

You have a valid work and residence permit in Switzerland
