- Professional, personnel and organizational leadership of the occupational therapy team in the field of neurology (6 employees)
- Ensuring and further developing evidence-based treatment methods
- Resource planning, employee support and quality assurance
- Participation in the strategic further development of the department
- Interprofessional collaboration with physiotherapy, speech therapy, nursing and doctors
- Participation in patient treatment (clarification and training measures in the area of ADL, wheelchair fitting, assistive device clarification, cognition, etc.)
What you bring with you
- Completed training in occupational therapy (FH/HF) with SRK recognition
- Several years of professional experience in the field of neurology (inpatient/outpatient)
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong service orientation, high social competence and willingness to work interdisciplinarily and interprofessionally
- Good language skills in German (English, French are an advantage)
- Proficient PC skills
