- Completed training as a domestic specialist EFZ, cleaning technology specialist EFZ or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the field and leadership experience
- High social competence, assertiveness, and an independent working style
- Good PC/IT user skills
- Driver's license category B mandatory
- Trainer course advantageous
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Strong quality and sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working with people with disabilities as well as developing teams

- Ensuring professional maintenance and special cleaning according to hygiene standards and requirements
- Planning, coordination, and control of cleaning work as well as scheduling and vacation planning of employees

- Monitoring and compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
- Participation in cross-departmental projects and continuous optimization of cleaning processes
