Your tasks

• Ensuring the operation and availability of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical installations
• Monitoring building automation and alarm systems (including documentation)
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing installations, repairs, and conversions in cooperation with specialist companies
• Leading and advising construction and renovation projects as the client representative
• Cost control, budgeting of ongoing costs, and ensuring quality and compliance with standards
• Identifying and implementing energy-saving potentials as well as continuously improving building technology processes
• Deputizing for the Head of Infrastructure

Your profile

• Technical basic training, ideally with further education in electrical or building technology
• Solid knowledge in HVAC, electrical installations, refrigeration technology, and building automation
• Experience in industrial electrical engineering as well as in managing smaller projects
• Analytical thinking, independent and responsible working style
• Good IT skills (building and alarm systems are an advantage)
• Very good German language skills
