Your tasks:

Preparation of authentic Italian dishes with fresh ingredients
Co-design and further development of our menu
Ensuring quality and presentation of the dishes
Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Teamwork in a family-like and collegial atmosphere

What you should bring:

Fluent in Italian
Experience as a cook, sole cook, or ambitious young cook
Passion and experience in traditional & modern Italian cuisine
Creativity and attention to detail
Independent and structured work
Team spirit and resilience, even in stressful moments
Knowledge of food hygiene
