Social Pedagogue Specialist Agogics 70-90%
What you bring
- Training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or comparable qualification
- Ideally further training or solid knowledge in dealing with challenging behavior, de-escalation, or aggression management
- Several years of professional experience in the agogic field with people with cognitive and multiple disabilities
- Consulting competence as well as independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
What to expect
- Consulting, enabling, and professional support of employees and managers in agogic issues
- Consulting clients and participating in complex agogic issues
- Development, co-design, and implementation of internal training and further education
- Ensuring and further developing professional concepts, QM documents, and agogic fundamentals
- Active further development of the Agogics specialist unit and contribution of professional innovations
- Participation and leadership of professional projects and working groups
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as participation in quality assurance
