Tasks

Together with your co-principal (80% workload) you will dedicate yourself to the school management for 320 students and 45 teachers with the following main tasks:

• Educational, personnel and organizational management of the Primary School Bannfeld
• Ensuring and promoting school and quality development
• Representation of the school internally and externally
• Participation in the school management conference of the Olten school
• Collaboration in the Directorate of Education and Sports and with other organizations

Expectations

• Professional experience in the education-related field
• School management training, comparable training or willingness to complete it
• Solution-oriented attitude, composure in dealing with challenging situations and sense of cooperation
• Communicative skills, winning and enthusiastic personality
