To strengthen our Client Support department in our T&I (Transport and Infrastructure) unit, we are looking for a Project Manager Client Support (80–100%) for the branch in Baar or Zurich starting immediately or by arrangement.

Project Manager Client Support (80–100%)

In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: collaboration, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.

Your tasks:

• Take overall responsibility for project processing: You are the direct contact person for our clients.
• Support, advise or represent public clients: This includes federal, cantonal and municipal authorities in demanding, interdisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Independent project management: You coordinate proactively and lead the project team with foresight to ensure harmonious collaboration.
• Active involvement in project acquisition: You create tailored offers that are aligned with the diverse needs of our clients.
• Control of internal project management: Thanks to your solid experience, you ensure the successful project completion regarding costs, deadlines, and quality.

Your profile:

• Completed education as a civil engineer, environmental engineer, spatial planner, or transport planner (ETH/FH); or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in client support, consulting, or representation in infrastructure projects
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and working in an international company
• Ability to recognize diversity as a resource for developing sustainable and innovative solutions
• Confident appearance and convincing communication. You motivate all parties involved to achieve common goals
• Thoughtful, forward-looking, and responsible action
• Entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, and goal-oriented, independent work
• Confident handling of modern IT tools. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, etc.)
• Good German skills spoken and written, French and English skills are an advantage
