What to expect- You actively drive the implementation of the sustainability strategy and ensure that it is anchored in the relevant business areas.
- You support the specialist departments in developing concrete roadmaps as well as in defining sustainability goals and implementation measures.
- You coordinate and lead the regular meetings of the sustainability committee and support the implementation of the discussed measures.
- You monitor regulatory developments in the field of sustainability and accompany the implementation of relevant ESG requirements in the business areas as well as within ongoing initiatives.
- You analyze current trends, recognize the need for action early in the business areas, and promote environmentally friendly initiatives.
- You develop systems and processes for reliable key figure reporting based on defined KPIs.
- You prepare reports and presentations on the progress of sustainability projects for management and the board of directors. In doing so, you compile the relevant content for the sustainability report and independently draft the report in coordination with the specialist departments.
- You are the internal and external contact person worldwide for all sustainability issues at Läderach.
- You have a relevant degree and/or further training in the field of corporate sustainability.
- You bring several years of professional experience (ideally 2–4 years) in a comparable position and corresponding knowledge in the sustainability areas of the food/retail or manufacturing industry.
- You convince with your communication skills with cross-departmental stakeholders and your project management experience.
- You are assertive and consistently implement your ideas.
- You have an affinity for preparing key figures as well as pronounced conceptual and analytical skills.
- You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken, and use this daily.
- You enjoy building and further developing new specialist areas.
- You are proactive and pursue a practical approach in implementing sustainability measures.
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
