Your area of responsibility
- Professional and personnel leadership of a small nursing team (3 people), approx. 30%
- Ensuring high-quality psychiatric care
- Holistic and resource-oriented care of clients with mental illnesses
- Conducting information and therapy discussions, needs assessments, as well as advising and guiding relatives
- Designing the care process as well as its further development and corresponding documentation
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and therapists
You bring with you
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH, preferably with further training in psychiatry
- At least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatric care
- Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
- Used to working independently and responsibly
- Open, innovative, empathetic personality with a good sense of humor
- Very high resilience, patience, and joy in working with people in need of support
- Good knowledge of German
- Driver's license category B
