Work area - Gastronomy
Your tasks
- Accompanying our employees with a mental impairment in the gastro area and individual support in personal competence development
- Co-responsibility for designing the gastro offer and cooking smaller meals in the canteen in Olten and assisting in Solothurn
- Co-organizing and carrying out internal and external catering events
Your profile
- Completed EFZ training in the gastro area or several years of experience
- Experience or interest in working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
