Your mission:
- to position yourself as an expert in your field of activity
- to implement care practices validated by evidence (EBN-EBP)
- to engage in intra- and extramural research
- to analyze professional practices and manage the continuous improvement of care services
- to supervise, support and advise colleagues in complex situations
- to participate in the design and documentation of care processes and techniques
- to take stock and analyze the training and clinical follow-up needs of the teams
- to work transversally with other HFR sites
- to actively participate in the clinical division and clinical projects of the nursing management
Your profile:
- nursing diploma in general care, ES or HES level, or equivalent training
- clinical nurse certificate or equivalent / or willingness to undertake it
- minimum 3 years of experience in acute care and rehabilitation or equivalent experience
- close collaboration with the medical-nursing managers of the unit
- knowledge of project management tools
- proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the partner language
- proficiency in common IT tools used in the institution
- ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- autonomy, sense of responsibility and professional positioning
- organizational, communication and negotiation skills
- dynamic, constructive and innovative spirit
- openness to change and adaptability
