Facility Manager: Maintenance Cleaning (m|f|d) St. Gallen 100 %

For a demanding cleaning facility, we are looking for a responsible individual. In this role, you will take on the operational management of a team of 12 employees as well as actively participate in cleaning on site.

Your Responsibilities

Daily participation in cleaning (a fixed part of your duties)
Ensuring cleaning quality through systematic controls and their documentation
Leadership and deployment planning of a team of 12 employees
Ordering and management of consumables
Communication with the client and contact person for operational concerns
Monitoring of electronic time recording
Working days: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, occasional control assignments on weekends

Your Qualifications and Skills

Experience in a comparable role in building cleaning
Expertise in maintenance cleaning
Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
Organizational talent, leadership strength, and solution-oriented action
