The role model focuses on strengthening and promoting the individual resources of each team member. The goal is to sustainably relieve the entire nursing team.
You support the development and implementation of the role organization and accompany the process changes. In doing so, you take on additional professional functions, further develop our quality standards, and ensure optimal care for our residents. At the same time, you take responsibility in the nursing process and quality management by contributing your expertise, optimizing nursing procedures, and ensuring the highest quality of care.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- You have the ability and sensitivity to recognize and promote the strengths of each individual employee
- Openness and willingness to try new things
