What you will help shape

As a working student with us, you will work closely with an innovative and motivated team of solution experts. This includes support for the team and management in:

• Preparing demonstrations, presentations, and videos
• Developing and implementing best practices within the team and organization
• Assisting with customer meetings and workshops
• Designing presentations for our 360° Immersive Experience Room
• Creating and modifying digital content such as videos or landing pages
• Initiating measures to optimize operational processes
• Providing administrative support to management
• Presenting solutions, responding to tender documents, and participating in customer workshops (depending on individual experience)

As a successful candidate, you will join an international team serving medium to large enterprise customers in Central and Eastern Europe.

What you bring

• You are currently a bachelor’s or master’s student at a university or university of applied sciences and will continue studying for at least 12 months.
• Your field of study deals with business processes and/or technologies (however, we are open to any field of study as long as you have the right attitude)
• You have a trustworthy and reliable personality
• You are able to take responsibility and lead your own projects
• Knowledge in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
• You have good computer skills, especially in MS Office
• Experience with procurement systems, design, or video editing is an advantage
• You speak fluent English and German; French skills are a plus
• Additionally, you have a digital mindset, are a team player, and have a strong desire to learn new things

The Procurement Solution Advisory team at SAP is a powerful and innovative unit at the core of our company. Our team uniquely combines deep business knowledge in procurement and supply chain management with technical expertise. We regularly engage with potential customers and demonstrate the value of our SAP procurement software. Our customer engagement activities include qualification discussions, product presentations, creation of multimedia content, demonstrations, architecture workshops, and responding to tender documents.

Your application documents should include, in addition to a cover letter, a CV, current transcript of records, and valid enrollment certificate, also copies of interim, school leaving certificates, and, if available, work references (internships) as attachments. Please also describe your experience and knowledge in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
