About the job

Jumpin accompanies young people on their way into adulthood and in the transition between school and work. We offer voluntary, free counseling and develop concrete solutions together with the young people and their environment. In weekly counseling sessions, we support implementation and promote future perspectives, life skills, and coping strategies. Are you looking for a training position starting February 2026 or by arrangement and interested in counseling work with a focus on male youth? The workload is 60%, and for structural reasons, the working days are ideally distributed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Your Tasks

Counseling young people on school, family & personal issues

Systemic approach with the primary reference system of the young people

Participation in group activities and courses

Involvement in parent education events as well as in projects of the department

Administration and case documentation

Your Profile

Recognition by a university of applied sciences for part-time studies in social work; study place no later than spring semester 2026

Interest in counseling work with a focus on male youth

Strong communication and social skills

High sense of responsibility

Open, resilient, and humorous personality who values collaboration in a collegial team
