• Guest care in the spa area as well as support for colleagues
• Accepting and processing spa reservations
• Proper handling and cleaning of aids and devices in the spa
• Ensuring a smooth and optimal treatment process in the spa
• Organizing the necessary resources (towels, work materials, cleaning agents, etc.), as well as disposing of dirty laundry
• Inspection rounds in the treatment, pool, and fitness area
• Checking order, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the spa area
• Assisting with service on the sunbathing lawn and in the pool restaurant

• You preferably have professional experience in luxury hospitality
• You have good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• You have a sense of quality, good manners, and a high level of motivation
• You can work independently and conscientiously
• You possess flexibility and adaptability in all situations
• You are used to communicative teamwork
