• Personnel and professional leadership of the material management employees (6 people)
• Active participation in material management as well as ensuring smooth and timely provision of all customer orders
• Responsibility for the efficient organization and control of material flows as well as the optimization of warehouse processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and legal requirements (including GMP)
• Interface function to production, purchasing, order management, and planning to ensure smooth material flow
• Staff scheduling
• Ensuring the CIP (continuous improvement process) in the area of responsibility

• You are a passionate logistician, have completed basic training (preferably as a logistician) and have further training (e.g., technical clerk, logistics specialist, management specialist or similar).
• You are a team player and reliable personality and maintain a mindful and respectful manner even in hectic times.
• You love to act in an interface function and distinguish yourself as an internal service provider.
• You convince with a high willingness to perform, enjoy being active, and are resilient.
• You already have several years of experience as a manager in a comparable position.
• You are familiar with various types of forklifts and are qualified to operate them properly.
• You are proficient in MS Office programs and familiar with modern IT infrastructure.
• You work independently and have a high level of initiative in implementing new requirements/instructions as well as further developing the area of responsibility.
