- Processing customer inquiries and offers both by phone and in writing
- Handling complaints
- Order processing and invoicing as well as monitoring timely delivery
- Maintenance and management of customer and article master data
- Support of the field service and key account managers and close cooperation with other departments
- Coordination work for large customer orders
- Deputizing for team colleagues You bring:
- Completed commercial training
- 3-5 years of professional experience in sales internal service
- Very good German and good French skills in spoken and written form are mandatory, others are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High customer and service orientation
