The Grand Age Pole of the Eben-Hezer Foundation brings together five medico-social establishments and several medico-social reception structures (SAMS). This Pole offers services related to the elderly person including long-term care, advanced age psychiatry, short stay, day care (CAT), protected apartments as well as the Bonnettes production kitchen. Our support aims to respect the choice, desire, and dream of the resident and client and is strongly influenced by the Montessori method. We aim to provide places where it is good to live under all circumstances.
To complete our teams, we are looking for several:
We warmly welcome warm and dynamic professionals to join our establishments dedicated to geriatric support at the site of:
Home-Salem, St-Légier: open and closed environment establishment, psychogeriatric and geriatric support and long-term PAA.
Montbrillant, Chailly/Montreux: open environment establishment, psychogeriatric and geriatric long-term support.
To complete our teams in the geriatric sector, we are looking for several:
Nurses (M/F)
Your profile:
ES/HES nursing diploma (for foreign titles, with recognition from the Swiss Red Cross)
Minimum two years of experience (an asset)
Experience in PAA (an asset)
Experience or strong interest in psychogeriatrics and/or geriatrics
Ability to work independently, team spirit, versatility
Tolerance and adaptability regarding the resident's living environment
Experience in supervising apprentices and interns is an asset
Proficiency in computer tools
