- Professional support and advice for corporate clients, insured persons, and sales partners in the context of BVG implementation processes
- Execution of more complex business processes: at the pension fund level (such as new contracts, year-end processing, collection, contract termination, and mutations) and at the insured level (such as risk assessment, purchase, home ownership promotion, divorce, cash payment, and retirement calculation)
- Jointly organizing, prioritizing, and allocating all customer concerns within the customer team

- Professional experience in occupational pension or social insurance is a great advantage
- Confident German language skills, any additional language is an advantage
