Customer Service Clerk 80-100%

Your responsibilities

You answer telephone and written customer inquiries regarding unemployment insurance. You communicate and coordinate with contacts in the regions and handle correspondence related to the benefit application. At the same time, you enter data into the system and perform other administrative tasks.

Your qualifications

• Completed vocational training
• Enjoy lively telephone contact with customers
• Independent, well-structured, and careful working style
• Communicative personality with a service-oriented work attitude and composure even in hectic situations. 
• Confident in using IT tools 
• In addition to confident German in spoken and written form, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
