This is the job - Your main tasks

Agile leadership and coaching: Accompany and support teams on their path to agile excellence, from introductory training to scaling agility.
Workshop moderation: Lead workshops and meetings on agile working methods and specific content topics of the respective teams.
Vision and requirements management: Support Product Owners in clarifying and specifying visions and requirements, separating the "what" from the "how".
Promote agile development: Develop the company’s agility beyond the team and program level together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches.

You are an open, solution-oriented personality with pronounced people skills, empathy, and the ability to reflect.
You have 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
You have solid knowledge of tools such as Jira, Miro, and Confluence.
You hold a university degree (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) and further training in agility (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, agile coaching).
You may additionally have training in requirements engineering or project management.
You can communicate fluently in German and English.
You have a natural affinity for IT and organizations.
