Your Area of Responsibility
In the field of gastronomy assistance, you are the first
contact person for processing orders for the kitchen. You receive telephone menu changes and process them. Furthermore, you pay attention to quality control and assist at the plating station.
You ensure the menu postings, send them to external customers, and handle administrative tasks. In the self-service restaurant, you work closely with the kitchen. You serve our customers at the cash register, are responsible for the presentation of the buffet goods, take on cleaning tasks, and ensure
hygiene regulations. In addition, you assist with the execution of events. The working hours
are between 06:20 and 19:30, full day and
on weekends.
Your Competencies
You have completed vocational training in the gastronomy or hotel industry and have high standards for service quality
as well as hygiene. Ideally, you bring professional experience in the kitchen area or healthcare sector. As a passionate gastronomy employee, it is natural for you to act in a networked and cross-departmental manner. In addition to willingness for irregular working hours, you bring an independent, reliable, and careful working style. Your IT skills distinguish you as well as your very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
