It has 55 beds and 3 operating rooms, where around 40 independent attending physicians perform over 4,000 surgical procedures annually. The most important specialties include orthopedics, gynecology, general and visceral surgery, urology, ENT, as well as facial and jaw surgery. Job Description
- Assuming tasks in nursing and hospitality based on professional competencies and job description
- Close collaboration with certified nursing professionals
- Empowering and supporting the nursing team in supervising apprentices
- Accompanying and evaluating trial assignments and interns
- Co-responsibility for the nursing apprentices
- Assisting in ensuring high-quality practical training for our apprentices
Qualifications
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in surgery/orthopedics
- Experience in supervising apprentices is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Enjoyment of the profession and training young people
- Resilience and flexibility
- Independent, organized, and responsible working style
- Loyalty and ability to work in a team
- Very good computer skills
